Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use kypcollectibles.com or buy from KYP Collectibles Private Limited ("KYP Collectibles", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Products and authenticity

• We sell genuine Pokémon Trading Card Game products only. We don't sell proxies, reprints or counterfeits.
• Single cards are graded by condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged) as described in our condition guide. Photos show the actual card for cards above ₹5,000; other photos may be representative.
• Graded slabs show the grading company's certificate number, which you can check on the grader's website.
• Pokémon and card names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent retailer, not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• We may limit quantities per customer, especially for pre-orders and new releases, so more collectors get a fair chance.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Unpaid orders are released after 15 minutes. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a payment looks fraudulent, or the limits above are exceeded.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid in full when placed and ship on or after the official release date. Release dates are set by the publisher and can change; we'll tell you if they do. If our allocation is cut, pre-orders are filled in the order they were placed and the rest are refunded in full.

6. Rip & Ship

A Rip & Ship slot buys you the contents of the pack or packs assigned to your slot, opened live on stream. Pulls are random and we can't guarantee any card. Your pulls are shipped to you or held in your KYP vault, as you choose. Slot cancellation rules are in our cancellation and refunds policy.

7. Shipping, cancellations and returns

8. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; you're responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away at admin@kypcollectibles.com if you think someone else has used it.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use bots or scripts to buy, scrape or reserve stock, don't try to get around purchase limits, and don't interfere with the website's security. We may cancel orders and close accounts that do.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as a card's expected future value.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Aurangabad, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

12. Grievances
