Shipping policy

We ship to every serviceable PIN code in India. We don't ship outside India yet.

When your order ships

• Orders paid before 2:00 pm IST on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Later orders ship the next working day.
• Pre-orders ship on or soon after the official release date. If your order has in-stock items and pre-orders, the in-stock items ship first and the pre-order follows at no extra cost.
• Rip & Ship pulls ship within 3 working days after the live session, or stay in your KYP vault if you chose that.

Delivery times and fees

• Standard, tracked: 3 to 6 working days. ₹99, or free on orders of ₹7,000 or more after discounts.
• Express: 1 to 3 working days. ₹200 on any order.
• Delivery times start from the day the order ships. Remote PIN codes can take 2 to 3 days longer.

How we pack

Single cards go in a penny sleeve and toploader, sealed in a team bag, inside a rigid mailer. Graded slabs and sealed product are bubble-wrapped and boxed. Orders over ₹10,000 are insured at no extra cost.

Tracking

You get the courier name and tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. It's also in your account.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, please record a video while unboxing and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@kypcollectibles.com. We'll replace the item or refund you in full. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, tell us within 48 hours and we'll raise it with the courier.
