Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data KYP Collectibles Private Limited ("KYP Collectibles", "we") collects, why, and what you can do about it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and the product types you ticked.
• Account: your mobile number (for sign-in codes), name and email.
• Orders: delivery addresses, order history, GSTIN if you add one, and messages you send us.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and method (for example "UPI"), never your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Technical: basic logs (IP address, browser, time) kept for security and fraud prevention. We don't use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To process and deliver your orders, send tracking updates and handle returns.
• To sign you in securely and protect your account.
• To keep tax and accounting records the law requires.
• To email you about launches, restocks or drops only if you asked us to. You can stop these any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (delivery), our SMS and email providers (sign-in codes and updates), and Supabase (our database host). Our database is hosted in Mumbai, India. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until we launch and send the launch email, or until you ask us to delete them. Account data is kept while your account is open. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, even after you delete your account, with other personal details removed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, and nominate someone to act for you. Signed-in customers can delete their account from the account page. For anything else, email admin@kypcollectibles.com.

Children

Many collectors are young. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must place orders and agree to this policy for you.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the three of us running the shop, and staff sign-in needs a second factor.
